The PURAIN filters ensure optimum water quality in your cistern. They are suitable for filtering rainwater fed to a storage tank from roof surfaces* with clay tiles, slate, metal, glass or concrete blocks, or for pre-filtering gray water. The water samples we tested confirm the excellent water quality. The water is perfectly suitable for use in WC, garden, washing machine and many commercial applications.
*Note: Green roof surfaces or roof surfaces sealed with bituminous felt may cause discoloration of the water. Please ask us for an oxidative purification stage if you also want to use this water.

Indestructible stainless steel slotted siev
The high-quality, indestructible stainless steel slotted siev with a gap width of 0.8 mm reliably filters the pollutants out of the rainwater. The trapezoidal profiles prevent the dirt from sticking. The robust siev is indestructible and never needs to be replaced.
Integrated overflow skimmer
The water surface in the cistern is additionally cleaned with the integrated overflow skimmers in the PR100 and PR150. Floating dirt, such as pollen or grease, is thus removed from the water surface via the side pockets with each overflow. From there, they are directly discharged into the dirty water drain. This results in additional cleaning of the cistern water.
