Safe connection to the drinking water pipe according to DIN EN 1717

The "free outlet" is already integrated in all RAINMASTER service water plants. According to the European standard EN1717, only the so-called "free outlet AA and AB" is permitted for the replenishment with drinking water in case of water shortage. This means that drinking water and process water can never come into contact with each other. Any contamination of the drinking water network by the service water, such as rainwater or greywater, is thus ruled out. This means that RAINMASTER meets the highest safety requirements worldwide. In recent years, this safety standard has also become widely accepted internationally in comparison with pressure-controlled systems (change-over device). RAINMASTER systems are certified by DVGW, BELGAQUA, SVGW and KIWA (applies only if check valve type EA is connected).
