Description
The grey water from showers, bathtubs and hand washing basins is pre-filtered through a PR 150-S PURAIN filter before it enters a 5,000 litre plastic tank (bioreactor). This is where the biological degradation takes place. The skimmer overflow of the PURAIN filter removes the surface dirt. With 2 AQUALOOP membrane stations in the bioreactor, the grey water is ultrafiltered and pumped into a clear water tank (5,000 litres). In this project the grey water treatment is designed as an internal tank system.
The treated clear water is pumped via a feeder pump in the clear water tank to an intermediate tank of a pumping station. From there, WCs and outdoor taps are supplied via a double pump system.
