Description

The Weststadt school centre on Breslauer Straße is the largest school construction project in Weinheim for 50 years. With this large-scale project, which includes a main building, a three-field sports hall, a schoolyard and parking areas, a total area of around 8,600m² was built.

To compensate for these sealed surfaces, 33 DRAINMAX tunnels were installed in three rows of trenches. The rainwater collected by the gravel and green roof is thus slowly seeping away below the school garden. In this project, the connection diameter of the pre-cleaning shaft complies with Din DN300.

With an impounding volume of 76 m³ and a bottom of a relatively deep 2.66 m, the DRANMAX is the best solution for reliable and sustainable infiltration.
