Description
In this project for the city of Düsseldorf, the task was to ensure the use of rainwater for 400 pupils and teachers. Via an engineering office from Aachen, which has already had good experience with our products as well as our service, we were asked for the dimensioning of the storage volume and the pump and control technology.
A two-tank system made of reinforced concrete was implemented. The inflowing rainwater of approx. 1,200 m² is pre-cleaned by a PURAIN PR200 rainwater filter. Since a high degree of simultaneity for the connected WC systems had to be taken into account, a PROFI-14-40 (formerly RWZ-14-40-P) pump and control centre was used.
