We will be happy to help you with the installation and commissioning of our products and systems. You can find suitable instructions here. For personal support, please contact us using the form below or call us.

We are sorry that you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us. Please fill out the form on the right and we will send you a return slip as soon as possible. After checking the goods, you will then receive your paid amount back.


Reason for return

You can easily find spare parts in our store to reorder yourself.

When searching, please note that spare parts are sorted under the corresponding main product. For example, you will find a new diaphragm pump for the RAINMASTER Eco under the category RAINMASTER - Replacement parts.

You can return the goods to us without giving any reason within 14 days. Prerequisite for a refund of the purchase price is unopened packaging or a functionally perfect condition of the goods.
