We are sorry that you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us. Please fill out the form on the right and we will send you a return slip as soon as possible. After checking the goods, you will then receive your paid amount back.

Reason for return

You can easily find spare parts in our store to reorder yourself.

When searching, please note that spare parts are sorted under the corresponding main product. For example, you will find a new diaphragm pump for the RAINMASTER Eco under the category RAINMASTER - Replacement parts.

You can return the goods to us without giving any reason within 14 days. Prerequisite for a refund of the purchase price is unopened packaging or a functionally perfect condition of the goods.

If your product is no longer under warranty, we aim to make the repair process as smooth as possible. The solution offered and the final cost will depend on the product type, age and transportation options you choose. Simply contact us using the contact form below.
