INTEWA offers students various opportunities to gain initial work experience alongside their studies. Internships can be very helpful here. You will find out in daily practice whether the field of activity suits you. We offer internships for students with a minimum duration of eight weeks. Preferably, your core subject should be in international sales or technical areas. You are also welcome to approach us with your idea.



The Bachelor's or Master's thesis at the end of your studies offers more than just an annoying duty. With us you have the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice. We are always looking for committed students, preferably in the field of environmental engineering or environmental technology. Do you have an idea to take water technology to a new level? INTEWA GmbH is an owner-managed company which was founded in 1993 by our managing director Oliver Ringelstein. Our growth is financed from the capital generated. This enables us to pursue a sustainable corporate policy. We are represented internationally in various countries around the world through our partners. Together with you we want to strengthen the awareness of our most important resource, water, and spread the many options for its reuse or recycling.

Weekly meetings within the own department as well as regular information events for all employees ensure a constant exchange of communication.

We have a 40-hour week with a fixed core working time.

In our newly built company headquarters Auf der Hüls in Aachen, we rely on open-plan offices to ensure rapid communication between colleagues from all departments. Each workplace is equipped with two monitors and a headset. A large and a small meeting room also offer space for meetings.

Depending on the area of responsibility and the scope of office activities, we offer different mobile office models. This is discussed individually with everyone.
