If you subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for advertising purposes (e.g. product news) until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. In the context of establishing contact, respectively any data collected in the course of an inquiry will be stored for as long as their processing and any measures that may follow make this necessary. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the contact described below.

4. Use of personal data for direct advertising

We use the contact data that you have provided to us in the course of your registration under the legal requirements according to § 7 para. 3 UWG, Article 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR to send you information about new products.

If you do not wish to receive such information or no longer wish to receive it, you can object to the further use of your data for this purpose. 5. Credit assessment and scoring

If we make advance payments, e.g. for a purchase on account, we reserve the right to obtain credit information on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures from the credit agencies listed below to safeguard our legitimate interests. For this purpose we will disclose personal data required for the credit check and use the information received to provide information on the statistical probability of a default so that we may take a well-considered decision on whether to enter into, implement or terminate the contract relationship with you.

The credit report may include probability values (score values), which are calculated using scientifically recognized mathematical and statistical methods and whose calculation includes, among other things, address data. 6. SSL-encrypted data transmission

7. Tracking and anonymous data collection

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Adwords

We participate in the Google AdWords online advertising program and its conversion tracking. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. Should the user visit certain pages of the Adwords advertiser's website and the cookie has not expired yet, Google and their advertiser can tell that the user clicked on the ad and proceeded to that page. Each customer has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked using the website of Adwords customers.

8. Social plugins

Facebook

Plugins are integrated on this website for the social network Facebook, Provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo on our page. When you visit our site, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established through the plugin. Pinterest
