Easy to assemble, install and maintain

All PURAIN filters have standardized socket or spigot end connections for easy connection to the piping system. Due to the self-cleaning action of the alternating jump, the use of a backwash nozzle for greywater harvesting or very poorly accessible rainwater cisterns, and the slotted screen design, the filter is extremely low maintenance compared to all other self-cleaning rainwater and greywater filters.

Non-return valve

In the case of the PURAIN PR100 version with non-return valve and small animal protection, this must be checked twice a year and, if present, cleaned of dirt and deposits.

Filter sieve

With all PURAIN filters, the filter sieve can be removed from the top if manual cleaning is required.

Backwash nozzle

For filters installed in rainwater cisterns that are difficult to access or for greywater recycling systems, we recommend our backwash nozzle sets. The backwash nozzles are installed in the PURAIN clean water filter behind the screen and connected to a water hose via a plug-in coupling. Cleaning can thus be automated.
