Description

Especially after the pandemic, it has become clear that working in an office environment needs to be more experience-oriented and of a higher quality. This is why the Lumen West project, with its completely redesigned, experimental office campus that is unlike any other, focuses on special quality and the resulting increase in efficiency. The 550,000 square meter office campus includes a 65,000 square meter private outdoor area with a beer garden and other places to work and socialize. It also includes private terraces, a sports court, an exhibition kitchen, a fitness center, cabanas and a dog park. Lumen features a penthouse space with 22-foot-high, floor-to-ceiling glass facades.

Innovative water technology includes a 10.8 m³ graywater system with 2 AQUALOOP membrane stations, I-CONNECT control and local tank. The treated greywater and rainwater from the building are used for adiabatic cooling and irrigation of the outdoor facilities.
